You’re never too old to learn a new language, but when it comes to building a career you should know enough to pick up a few new words and phrases. In the corporate world, you can learn to speak English and Mandarin, but the same couldn’t be said about law.
In India, the chairman of a company, or a government department or agency, is the most senior bureaucrat in the group. In the legal world however, you can still earn a salary and get promoted to a higher position. The chairman of a company is the CEO or COO, that is the head of the executive team.
In India we have government departments, such as the Indian Embassy and the Indian Army, and we can get promoted to COO for our government or COO for our company. But that’s a little bit too much to ask of an Indian government department or agency.
To be sure, one can go through an agency or a department to reach the rank of chairman, and a great many Indian government departments are run by bureaucracies. In fact, the chairman of an Indian government department is the highest ranking member of that department.
Not so much. The chairman of a government department is the second most senior officer of the department. The executive director is the third most senior officer, and the secretary is the fourth most senior officer. But that doesn’t mean that a government department is not run well. In fact, they have the greatest latitude and flexibility. When a government department wants to reorganize, they run a whole committee of officers to come up with a new plan of governance and make sure it works.
This is the best time to take a look at the best time to look at a government department. We have a number of government departments, but the one we’ve seen for years is the ones that we’ve seen in other countries or have been in the real world for years. We’re pretty good at getting government departments out of the way. But we have a lot of bureaucracy and a lot of bureaucracy.
The government is always trying to go out of its way to prevent the worst that comes with a government to interfere with. This is why we have a lot of government departments, and we have a lot of them. We have a lot of government departments. It’s very hard to get them out of them.

Its not as if the government is doing it for the sake of it, but rather because they are not sure what to do, but they do not know how to do it.
