This file contains the final regulations for the United States of America for the manufacture and use of non-toxic industrial chemical products in the United States. The document was ratified on November 17, 2015 by the U.S. Congress. The information contained within the document serves the interests of the U.S. chemical industry, its customers, and other stakeholders.
The document was created by the I.C.E.C.A., an international organization composed of companies and industry associations focused on working with the chemicals industry. The I.C.E.C.A. is a coalition of companies and industries with interests that benefit from a clean environment and the use of non-toxic, environmentally friendly chemicals.
The I.C.E.C.A. is not a new organization, but as a coalition it is more similar to the International Chamber of Commerce than the U.S. Congress. In fact, both the I.C.C. and the I.C.E.C.A. are similar to the International Organization of Chemical Weapons. The I.C.C. came out of the arms industry and has been a very effective lobby group for the U.S.
