With the recent closure of Andhra Pradesh’s law college by the state government, there are a lot of questions swirling.
One of the biggest questions is this: How did the state government end up closing Andhra Pradeshs? Well the answer is that the state government wasn’t that interested in the college. It ended up closing the college because the government didn’t want to spend money on other things.
I think it is fair to say that Andhra Pradeshs law college has pretty low marks in the eyes of the country. The law school has been closed for years. The school has no accreditation, no medical staff, and the law school doesnt even have any students. It has little to do with the university. The government wants to save money by closing it, but the government isnt interested in learning law.
Just getting an education to be part of the state law system is an expensive venture. That’s why every state has its own law colleges. And yes, some do better than others. But what the government is doing is shutting down universities that are not accredited. They are doing this even though there are no students, no accreditation, and no money.
Of course, the govt’s plan is to close down unaccredited law colleges to save money, but they have no interest in learning law. Just getting an education to be part of the state law system is an expensive venture. Thats why every state has its own law colleges. And yes, some do better than others. But what the government is doing is shutting down universities that are not accredited.
The reason is that a lot of lawyers in India work for public interest litigation services (PILs) which provide legal services to plaintiffs in a variety of cases including environmental and civil rights cases. And while these services cost money to operate, most lawyers prefer to work on cases where the money is more important than having a good education.
There’s a lot of talk about how universities are not doing the best job educating lawyers. But there is no concrete evidence of that in the cases I’ve looked at so far. And while it’s true that law schools are not doing a good job, the problem isn’t because of what they are doing, but because they have been underfunded.
The biggest point I have noticed is that the lawyers are not being able to do much better in court. Most lawyers are doing the best they can doing in court, but there is a strong chance that they will be undertrained in the process. The only reason that lawyers don’t do a better job is that the lawyers who are undertrained in the process tend to be more expensive lawyers. If there are better lawyers in court, the money will actually go cheaper.
There is one good thing about the way that the legal system is currently working. The lawyers are doing a damn good job. Just because they cannot do anything better than the lawyers in the system, doesn’t mean they are undertrained. I think that the reason that lawyers are being undertrained is because they are overburdened. The system is so bad that lawyers are only being able to do a little bit better at the moment.
In India, there are a lot of people who still do not believe in the idea of lawyers. I think there is a lot of truth to that, but I think it is a myth that the courts are underpaid. The reason is that the Indian lawyers have the highest salary percentage in the world. That is a good thing, but it does not excuse them from doing anything better than the lawyers in the system.
