Law is a law that I have used several times to get people to think about their own laws. I’ve never had an attorney present a law that I would use in a class or a group of people that I have to attend to think about. However, this is not the law.
I mean, I know that some of the laws you learn in law school are designed to give you a better understanding of the law, but I dont think they should be thought about in the same way that they are written. It is my belief that law is a system of social norms created in our society to serve a purpose. When you see a law that seems to serve no purpose other than to serve some political agenda, you can’t help but to wonder what purpose it serves.
I agree, but let me ask you a question that is more philosophical than practical. When you see such a law, what is your first thought? It is usually not the same one that you are thinking about when you are reading it. If you are a law student, you are probably thinking of an argument that will ultimately be used to support a particular law.
