For every action you do, you feel a tiny bit better, and the same is true of every thought you have. This is because you have momentum. So if you’re walking on a tightrope, you feel more stable and confident than if you’re jumping off a cliff. The same applies to your thoughts and actions. But in some cases, momentum is a negative force.

But if you have a negative thought, you actually have momentum toward the negative action. So if you think you are going to jump off that cliff, you don’t actually do it. The real world is very unforgiving. If you think you are going to jump, you actually do not. Momentum is a force that can’t be overcome. So if you are going to be in a position to feel something, you feel it, but you are still in a position to act. To be more specific, if you think you are going to jump, you still jump.

If you are in a situation to feel something, you actually feel it, but you still do nothing. In this case, momentum, which is the force that acts on you when you are holding something, prevents you from actually acting on it.

It is the spirit that sets you up for success. For the first time in your life, you are going to be able to feel some momentum.
