We all have a tendency to think of our thoughts as our own – that which we make, how we experience the world, and how we perceive ourselves. If we’re not aware of our thoughts or the ways in which they influence our actions, then we will never be able to be aware of our thoughts and how they may be influencing our actions.
We have a tendency to think of our thoughts as our own, so we will eventually never notice how we are acting. We can see how we are acting as well as we can, and therefore we will always be aware of how we are acting.
This is a tendency that we have, and is a very common one. We see the world and our own thoughts as “ours”, but we see ourselves as “other”. This can lead to a very distorted view of ourselves, which then causes us to be very confused and frustrated regarding our own actions.

This is an interesting article. But I don’t think it is a good idea to be a self-aware individual or a person with a specific agenda. If you are in a hurry, then make sure you do your research carefully because the internal world is your only way to see what’s going on.
It’s a good idea to do your research on the topic before taking any action. If you are in a hurry, then take good notes on what you have read. But make sure you don’t take anything for granted because anything your done will soon be forgotten.
I think its a great idea to be self-aware, but if you are doing a self-aware action like taking a test or taking an exam then your doing it wrong. Your not a “self-aware person” the self-aware person just did something that felt right to them and they did it. Self-awareness is a mindset and the only thing that makes you a “self-aware person” is how you act and think.
