10 Misconceptions Your Boss Has About working hours in india for private companies as per law

That’s the standard that we should follow. It is the standard that I have to follow.

But the problem is that the same standards are not universally followed. In some places, the government is actually forcing companies to make working hours go up. In other places, they are forcing companies to cut down hours. In India, for example, the government is forcing companies like ICICI Bank to work from 8.00am to 7.00pm.

The question then becomes, “Can we all do what we want?” The answer is no. In India, the government is putting on the pressure to make companies work more. But the government can’t control what companies want to do. That’s why all the pressure is on the companies to make working hours go up, but the government can’t force them. It’s their choice.

That said, the government is making a bunch of noises about trying to reduce working hours, and there are some encouraging signs here. For instance, the Central government announced that every city would have a minimum work requirement. That means if you want to work in Delhi, you will have to get your work done before 9.00am. Another step is to reduce the number of workers in the city.

It’s actually quite a bit easier to get your work done when you work in a hotel room.

That and it can save you a ton of money because you don’t have to deal with the hassle of office politics. If you want to work in a company that has a work schedule that makes sense, it’s a good idea to speak to someone or simply work from home.

The private sector in India has a work-life balance that is far different from the public sector. But it is a fact that the public sector is working more hours than the private sector. With salaries in the public sector and public holidays, you can’t expect to be able to work 24 hours a day.

Companies in India have rules which state that they need to set aside 40 hours for official work, 10 hours for personal life, and 10 hours for personal work. For private companies this is not enough. So your personal life is supposed to be 20 hours, and they are also supposed to work for at least 10 hours every day.

Not to mention that this isnt the case in India, but the US does similar laws to this. We have this rule to work 24 hours a day in the public sector and 10 hours in the private sector.
